The Role
Job Description - Monitor network and system performance to ensure optimal operation. - Respond promptly to alerts and notifications from monitoring systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions. - Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and improve processes. - Assist in the configuration and management of basic firewall settings. - Participate in incident management and ticketing processes.

Requirements
Personal Skills - Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively. - Excellent troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues quickly. - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in monitoring and reporting. - Team player mindset to collaborate with colleagues across departments. - Adaptability to handle changing priorities and new challenges. Technical Skills - Proficiency in NOC tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and Solar Winds. - Experience with incident management processes and tools. - Understanding of network protocols to troubleshoot connectivity issues. - Basic knowledge of firewall configurations. - Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and Service Now.
