The Role
Job Description - Manage and deploy unified communication solutions to ensure smooth integration of telephony and communication systems. - Oversee the configuration, implementation, and support of unified communication platforms. - Ensure seamless operation and troubleshooting of communication systems such as Vo IP, MS Teams, and Skype for Business. - Collaborate with other teams to design and manage call flows and optimize communication networks. - Maintain and upgrade unified communication infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
Requirements
Personal Skills - Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder interactions and ensure system integration. - Project management skills to lead deployments and upgrades of communication systems. - Technical expertise in unified communication solutions for effective system management. Technical Skills - Expertise in Vo IP technologies, specifically Cisco and Avaya systems. - Experience with unified communication tools such as Skype for Business and MS Teams. - Knowledge of SIP trunking and telephony systems. - Familiarity with network protocols relevant to communication systems. - Proficiency in call flow design and troubleshooting unified communication systems.
