Mechanical Engineer (Pipeline Project)
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Pipeline Division
Location: Abqaiq Eastern Province, KSA
Company: PPCO & HSM project by Aramco
Job Overview:
As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in pipeline systems, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and maintenance of pipeline infrastructure for oil and gas projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integrity, safety, and efficiency of pipeline systems in accordance with industry standards and Aramco’s operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼5,500.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month

Job Overview:
As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in pipeline systems, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and maintenance of pipeline infrastructure for oil and gas projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integrity, safety, and efficiency of pipeline systems in accordance with industry standards and Aramco’s operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Analysis: Develop and review pipeline designs, ensuring compliance with international standards and Aramco specifications. Perform stress analysis, flow simulations, and hydraulic calculations.
- Project Management: Oversee pipeline construction and installation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
- Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and assessments of existing pipeline systems. Identify potential issues and recommend maintenance or upgrades as necessary.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to project teams and other engineering disciplines. Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pipeline activities adhere to environmental regulations and safety standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, geologists, and project managers to integrate pipeline design with overall project objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pipeline design, construction, and maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools Auto CAD, CAESAR II, Pipeline Studio.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards ASME, API, etc. and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with large-scale pipeline projects in desert or offshore environments.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
Pay: ﷼5,500.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
