Location:Tabuk (Neom) Company: Project Pioneer contracting company Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves supporting management in implementing HR strategies and programs that align with the organization’s goals. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Assist in the development of onboarding programs for new hires.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely completion and constructive feedback.
Guide managers in performance management strategies and employee development.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification HRIS, CHRM, SHRM-CP, PHR etc. is a plus.
