We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team and support the financial health of our organization. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role is key to supporting decision-making processes across the company, with a focus on optimizing resources in water infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage the financial health of projects, ensuring cost control, and monitoring project budgets for water and sewage infrastructure developments.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights on financial performance.
Monitor and manage cash flow, funding, and financial risk across projects.
Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial accountability and optimize resource allocation.
Develop and implement financial strategies, aiming for long-term growth and profitability.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
Evaluate investment opportunities and manage financial aspects of contracts and vendor agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or water infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.
Experience in managing project-based financials, including cost control, project accounting, and financial analysis.
Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, SAP).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
