Job Purpose:
Carry out Reliability based professional and technical functions on Control Systems & Instrumentation. Provide technical evaluations as and when new modifications are raised by Plant operation.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide technical support, attend complex breakdowns and provide solution.
Conduct all failure/breakdown analysis of all critical and semi-critical systems,
issuing the technical reports and corrective recommendation.
Assure proper design and installation of instrument & control systems.
according to regulatory and company standards.
Support APM team to develop maintenance strategy by following the RCM.
Methodology.
Support APM team in validating the SIL level by following the RIS methodology.
Lead and participate as member in root cause analysis (RCA).
Devolve training packages/ programs for Se ED engineers and maintenance team.
Assign as focal point to lead the implementation for I&CS of SABIC
manufacturing strategy.
Participate in PHA and HAZOP revalidation activities.
Use Meridium tools to Analyze equipment history to identify and evaluate Bad Actors and Performance Killers and provide Resolution.
Provide Technical input and support to SMD / MTCE if needed.
Comply with all of OMS requirements including safety and cybersecurity
Requirements.
