Contracts Manager
JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the complete life cycle of contracts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in identifying potential risks, proposing mitigations, and facilitating seamless communication between various teams. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, law, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and FIDIC terms.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts amicably.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
