CONTRACT
BIM Engineer
- Key Responsibilities:
- Model Creation and Management:
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Facilitate project meetings to discuss model development, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Use BIM software for clash detection and resolution.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports related to BIM processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on BIM software and processes.
- Assist in the development of BIM execution plans.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Implement processes for continuous improvement in BIM practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in BIM modeling and coordination (typically 2+ years).
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From ﷼7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jeddah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- BIM: 5 years (Preferred)
