MEP Manager
Job Description:
Contract length: 16 months
- Manage the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure system integration.
- Oversee MEP contractors and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Prepare reports on MEP progress and address any issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in MEP management for residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local codes.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in relevant design and management software.
