Complete application changes to improve the reliability, scalability, extensibility, security and performance of Business Applications based on the approved change requests.
Analyse and recommend ultimate use of application functionalities
Configure Business Applications as per the best practices.
Research and recommend best vertical solutions, ISV solutions, components fit for business requirements.
Implement application configurations, upgrades, roll ups and customizations in supported way to not impact upgrades.
Maintain and update Business Application related documents like Configuration Document, Release Notes, Change Scripts, Application Architectures, User Guides, etc.
2-Application Support:
Manage all levels of support requests in Service Desk
Manage streamlining of end user requests to CRs/PIDs
Coordinate with internal departments and end users to ensure that users are trained properly on the system fucntions.
Prepare CRM training materials and keep it up to date and enhance training materials with modern technologies and methods. Also make sure that training materials are published on secure channels and accessible to end users.
Manage CRM knowledge base and ensure updates whenever there is change and accessible to end users and departments.
3- Business Analysis & Documentation:
Analyze and recommend innovative customizations and solutions to meet user requirements.
Assist end users to improve the efficiency and effectiveness by providing best practice business applications and functionalities
Analyze cross functional implications and suggest best ideal solutions to user requirements
Identify and prioritize system activities through cross functional coordination
Identify and develop business cases for initiatives which reduce cost, improve service or otherwise improve profitability
Map business processes and change management controls
4-Project Management:
Plan and execute plans by meeting operational and business standards and adhering to international best practices
Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes for the IT programs and projects
Support and recommend innovations, enhancements, corrective actions for IT projects.
Ensure the delivery of requirements to complete projects successfully and meet project deliverables, utilization expectations, customers experience, and quality of service
Ensure that IT programs and project risks are identified, analyzed, mitigated and escalated, and handled as appropriate for the business requirements
Implement methodologies, approaches, standard templates, documentation, status updated, and data to support programs.
Conduct program and project update meetings and reviews with management, department heads, leads, and team members
Skills
Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional and technical background
Experience in Dynamics CRM implementation and SDLC, customization, configuration, IFD, deployment, plug-ins, workflow, Organization and Custom WS development, etc.
Experience in .NET framework 4.5 or above development including AJAX, JQuery, Node.js, .Net Core, MVC, Angular.js, Web API, Design Patterns, etc.
Experience and proficiency in SQL (latest versions) including writing T-SQL queries, SQL Server Agent, stored procedures, triggers, SSRS and SSIS.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and project management methodologies
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Compuuter Science or Software Engirenring or IT and related majors
