About the role:
To insure and monitor building applications to systematize the company department’s functions and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT application developments solutions.
- Act as 1st and 2nd level of support for IT applications.
- Train, guide and transfer the knowledge among the teams.
- Ensure that the department’s requirements are met.
- Assist in selecting company applications.
- Assist in selecting tools and packages.
- Monitor the development performance.
- Control the company software licenses.
- Assist in company application procurement planning.
- Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
- Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support, Patch Management and Version Control.
- Evaluate applications features and products related.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or MSc in IT or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience.
- Good understanding of Light Speed, Marketman, Boxi and concept products, related utilities, and tools.
- Good knowledge of POS system.
- Good knowledge of hospitality systems.
- Good knowledge of POS data integrity.
- Sound knowledge of the implemented application systems.
- Excellent knowledge in programing languages.
