Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Secure Tech in Riyadh. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communication, maintaining effective communication within the team, and assisting in executive administrative tasks. Clerical skills will also be essential for this role. Responsibilities:
Organize files, create correspondence, and arrange meetings.
Handle requests and inquiries appropriately.
Manage memos and schedule appointments.
Coordinate between different departments and sections.
Oversee company facilities.
Manage and organize company events and external occasions.
Manage the company's accounts on supplier platforms and social media platforms.
Visit governmental agencies and follow up on tasks as needed.
Monitor and track the needs for office supplies and equipment in coordination with the relevant departments.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in a similar field.
Proficiency in computer programs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures.
Familiarity with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to the field of work.
Proficiency in English.
