Accountant (Saudi Female )
Office Location: Dammam
Company: Project pioneer contracting co (PPCO)
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Project Accounting: Monitor and analyze project budgets and expenditures; ensure costs are accurately tracked and reported.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments; ensure timely processing and reconciliation.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts; analyze variances and provide insights for decision-making.
• Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies; maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support project management and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and tools for financial management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the contracting or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management and cost control in civil and mechanical projects.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
