Working Student - Purchasing Assistant
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student for Purchasing, you will be providing assistance in carrying out procurement tasks such as but not limited to: analyzing procurement data, balancing supplier interactions and master data maintenance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Creating and monitoring Purchase orders
- Securing order confirmations and delivery dates
- Securing and checking supplier documentation, such as supplier declarations, certificates of origin and others.
- Responsibility for the material supply (in time and in proper quantity) and in parallel securing the proper stock.
- Interaction and close cooperation with the following internal departments: Quality Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing and externally to Suppliers
What You Bring
- Current Studies preferably in a business or technical field or training with relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Good knowledge and interest in procurement
- Advanced MS Office tools
- Preferably some SAP/ ERP knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proactive /self-initiative
