A Snapshot of Your Day As a Field Service Senior Buyer, you will be responsible of Field Service Procurement Strategy for EU & AF region during project management process and during the sales phase, targeting maximum contribution to the operating result under consideration of service availability and quality.

What You Bring
4-5 years of experience as Field Service Buyer in an industrial company.
Good Energy sector knowledge.
Handles, controls, and monitors Countries Field Service Procurement activities for the region.
Ability to facilitate and foster a cooperative approach beyond your own organizational unit & function.
Develops a local commodity strategy aligned with Global commodity experts, and develops key relationships with Suppliers for allocated commodity, acts as a knowledge expert for the local team.
Prepares and conducts commodity kick-off, negotiation strategy with a focus on To Co, savings; presents it in the negotiation review and documents results.
Ensures early involvement and close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care.
Ensures observance of obligatory Procurement processes and regulations.
Understanding when and who to involve for assistance if required.
Ability to identify point of improvements.
Good knowledge about procurement processes: Purchase to pay, material master data base, supplier data base, order confirmation, supplier quotations, clients orders, accounting.
Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
Adherence to process requirements in terms of compliance, is aware of the Business Conduct Guidelines and applies them in the day-to-day work.
Proponent of asking questions and look for data that helps identify and differentiate symptoms and root causes of defined problem to suggest corrective measures that meet the needs of the situation and those directly affected.
English is mandatory and/or French or German language skills are a plus
Availability to travel 20% of the time
