Qualifications

• Ongoing studies
• Good knowledge ofand#xa0;Microsoft Office Packages, mainly Excel and Access
• Other IT tools as:and#xa0;HTML,and#xa0;Microsoft SQL, FOX Pro
• Good level of English language

Job Description
o Provides support for projects carried out in the LOM2-DC area;
o Prepares reports for stocks and delivery performance;
o Check stocks/materials/packaging with HIBE;
o Provides support in ensuring the necessary stocks for production;
o Archive the delivery documents;
o Check service and transport invoices;
o Follows the budget available on frame-orders for various logistics services;
o Make process confirmations;
o Updates the boards for Daily Management in the logistics areas;
o Checks compliance with 5S in logistics areas and restores damaged markings, if necessary;
o Escalates the minimum stock at suppliers according to the escalation procedure;
o Prepares and participates in the annual inventory;
o Other duties and responsibilities specific to the position, of a temporary nature, assigned by the hierarchical superior.
