Apply knowledge of Service Now to design solutions that meet or exceed requirements, support the technical team
Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders
Work closely with the Service Now Architect, identify ways to reduce implementation efforts
Ensure all business and design requirements are met
Lead quality management reviews
Support test plan development and Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts
Take accountability for ensuring quality solutions are developed and deployed

previous experience as a Service Now Consultant (at least 3 years of experience)
An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
Experience interfacing with clients
An ITIL Foundations Certification
Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
