Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of experience in Service Now development;
  • Service Now implementation experience in large complex environments is required;
  • Experience in designing and maintaining Service Now applications and components;
  • Understanding Service Now architecture and best practices;
  • Strong expertise in Service Now Integration Hub and experience with REST, SOAP, and JSON;
  • Proficiency in Java Script and Service Now scripting;
  • Experience with software collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, etc.
  • Service Now recommended certification(s) CSA, CAD, CIS;
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Capability to coordinate large teams;
  • Previous experience in Service Now Architect/Solution Design roles;
  • Sales experience is a plus.
Your future role
  • Lead Service Now mixed teams across geographies to ensure project success;
  • Interact with clients on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client's processes and business problems;
  • Working with Global and European clients to identify industry lead practices and implement them in engagements;
  • Work with clients to define epics and with technical leads to break them down in user stories.

Developing across the Service Now stack (e.g. Mobile, Portal, Workspace)
  • Develop integrations leveraging point-to-point interfaces, Web Services (REST/SOAP), file-based transfers;
  • Implement and maintain different Service Now modules and third-party integrations;
  • Provide insight and expertise into the Service Now configurations and custom application development;
  • Responsible for unit testing and end-to-end testing of the technical development and fix related defects until final deployment across sub-production and production environments;
  • Create the technical documentation, technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation and release notes;
  • Lead Proof of Concepts to develop new assets and capabilities.
