previous experience as a Service Now developer (at least 3 years of experience)

Service Now certifications

experience with other ITSM software (e.g. BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, HP, etc.)

system integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP (nice to have)
