We are hiring a SAP Finance Business Analyst & Team Lead in Cluj-Napoca to be part of our global Finance Integrated Solutions (FIS) team! Take the lead in a high-impact role where you'll manage a talented team, drive business-critical finance projects, and be the key point of contact for global partners. What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead a team of 4 to 6 people, assigning run-the-business tasks or projects based on business priorities, managing their workload, learning and development and career progression needs. You will report directly to a remote leader.
- Be the point of contact for our internal business partners.
- Participate in global, cross-functional projects where Finance is a stakeholder and own small to medium functional continuous improvement projects.
- Support and enhance existing software solutions and transition to new software solutions.
- Ensure integration of financial systems and data sources through compliance and control best practices.
- Ensure reliability and consistency of key master data.
- Perform data wrangling and analysis and complete analysis with minimal supervision.
- Provide support and guidance to our business partners across the organization globally.
Your Future Team:
You will lead a team based in EMEA and work with our global FIS team. You will play a key role in our Finance Solutions Engineering team, designing and developing technical solutions and/or data analytics to support the Finance strategy, achieving the triumvirate of business partnering, efficiency and compliance & control.
Over the next 2 years, you will play a key role in our enterprise-wide Business Transformation team, transforming business processes and rolling out S/4Hana across Steelcase entities in EMEA and APAC, driving harmonization and deployment of fit-to-standards solutions.

You have a passion for using technology to solve business problems, supporting our finance business partners with the right solutions to deliver the finance strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, or in a similar role, Finance system support and configuration.
- You lead a team of at least 2 or more people functionally or through projects.
- You have proven experience in being involved in process improvement initiatives.
- You have an advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
- Project management experience in a leading or supporting role.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance or information systems.
- Hands on experience with S4Hana.
- Data analytics and visualization experience.
