- You will be a Finance and Accounting Lead for one of our major customers
- You will contribute to the stability, standardization and further improvement of the business processes in accordance with the service level agreements
- You will be in charge of process management related to the transition and onboarding of new teams in scope
- You will act as 1st level escalation point for the operation-related issues
- You will ensure that internal controls are in place and always followed by the department
- You will drive further team growth with a focus on automation and digitalization
- You will coordinate, mentor and develop a team of Team Leads
- You will be responsible for all Talent Management activities (Recruitment, Onboarding, Evaluation, Performance & Potential, Career Development) for the respective customer area
- You will assist the Business Area Lead in planning and setting of the department strategy
Qualifications

- At least 5 years of leadership and operations experience in a multinational corporate environment with a focus on Finance and Accounting
- Practical professional experience in the field of accounting, bookkeeping and accounting
- Experience in leading and delivering business services in a corporate environment
- Expertise in process transitions, in the stability of operations, and in the process improvement field
- Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct staff
- Good problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Ability to tackle complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts
- Performance management, KPI monitoring and SLA delivery
- Attention to detail and acknowledgment of Internal controls and regulations
- Confident with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams
- Sensitivity to data protection and data security
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive way of working
- Teamwork commitment and communication skills
- Previous experience with SAP systems is desirable
Things to know before departure:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
- Line of work: Consulting
- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
- Other: a valid work permit
