The SAP FICO Functional will join our COE team with responsibilities for coordinating all IT related activities in the Finance, Financial Planning, Controlling, Financial Reporting to ensure an effective and efficient operating environment. This role will work with various other departments within the organization, utilizing their knowledge of our business processes, to ensure that the SAP ERP system meets all business requirements. This role will coordinate and support SAP Global Projects for Europe, NA, Mexic & Brazil.
Responsibilities:
Support business activities:

Address day-to-day queries of end users.
Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.
Developing and deploying standard SAP solutions across Garrett; ensuring 'best in class' SAP processes are implemented; supporting implementation teams in their solution validation efforts; and ensuring one common process model is deployed across Garrett.
Ensuring a common configuration of the SAP Solution is being deployed.
Providing timely and accurate follow up on identified business Gaps, including specification review/approval, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Supporting SAP FI Integration with multiple 3rd Party softwares
Work with Business and understand/assimilate Business requirements and with the technical team to deliver the solution as per request.

Continuous process Improvement Projects:

Understand the business requirement of the organization that includes current business processes and documentations.
Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.
Validate proposed SAP changes (e.g. customizations) based on business requirements.
Prepare training materials and conduct training to end-users.
Conduct functional testing and Integration Testing.
Support enhancement of the SAP for end-user based on requirement.
Configure Global settings, Enterprise structure settings, G/L, A/P, A/R and Asset Accounting.
Implement enhancements and changes.
Provide support after the product goes Live.

Monitor program progress:

Manage the projects and report the status to leadership.

You need:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybernetics/ Bank Finance, Accounting.
3+ years as a functional expert
SAP FI CO module / functional and technical knowledge.
Experience in Agile Project delivery
