Join our team as a Global Sr Financial Analyst Specialist and make a significant impact on our financial planning and analysis! What You’ll Do:
Global Cost Management: Oversee and manage costs across all entities worldwide, ensuring accurate planning and reporting.
Financial Planning: Develop and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with plant managers, functional leaders, and various stakeholders to provide insights into current and future financial status.
Risk Identification: Identify and address issues impacting forecasts, such as inflation, manufacturing strategies, supplier changes, and new products.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve forecasting processes and financial reporting accuracy.
Payroll Coordination: Align with HR and payroll teams to resolve compensation and benefits issues and ensure accurate headcount monitoring.
Stakeholder Communication: Present clear and precise financial information to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Documentation and Analysis: Maintain thorough documentation of assumptions, forecasts, and financial reports, using advanced data analysis tools.
What We Need:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience: At least 3 years in a finance controlling role.
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities.
In-depth knowledge of financial statements.
Effective management and decision-making skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to quickly and accurately present information to stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of SAP and MS Office.
