Join our team as a Prototype Vendor Scheduler!
Are you ready to be the linchpin in our production team at Garrett Motion’s largest plant in Bucharest? We’re looking for a Prototype Vendor Scheduler who will be the go-to person for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management. In this role, you’ll ensure materials are meticulously scheduled, evaluated, and delivered on time, every time. Your agility and problem-solving skills will be key in supporting clients, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to meet inventory targets.

Join our team as a Prototype Vendor Scheduler!
Are you ready to be the linchpin in our production team at Garrett Motion’s largest plant in Bucharest? We’re looking for a Prototype Vendor Scheduler who will be the go-to person for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management. In this role, you’ll ensure materials are meticulously scheduled, evaluated, and delivered on time, every time. Your agility and problem-solving skills will be key in supporting clients, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to meet inventory targets.
What You'll Do:
- Order Management: Oversee orders from release to delivery.
- Supplier Coordination: Regularly check delivery schedules with suppliers.
- SAP Updates: Keep delivery information up-to-date in the SAP system.
- Clear to Build Reporting: Handle daily reporting of clear-to-build status.
- Special Transport: Organize special transport from suppliers.
- Parts Tracking: Monitor parts from supplier to production entry.
- Customs Support: Verify commercial invoices and transit documents for customs.
- Supplier Quality: Follow up on DNC issues with suppliers and ensure corrective actions.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate delivery issues and implement recovery plans.
- Performance Reporting: Report and improve supplier delivery performance.
- Experience: At least 1 year in the automotive industry, procurement, or supply chain.
- Education: Degree in Engineering is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experienced with SAP or other ERP systems.
