We’re looking for a dynamic Health, Safety, and Environmental Engineer to champion health, safety, and environmental awareness across our organization. What You’ll Do:
Cultivate Safety Culture: Develop and support a sustainable health, safety, and environment culture across all departments.
Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and organize campaigns to promote health, safety, and environment awareness.
Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with local and European health, safety, and environment regulations. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits.
Environmental Management: Manage projects focused on environmental and energy-saving initiatives. Conduct regular site inspections and validate new chemicals and hazardous substances.
Incident Reporting: Report and investigate health, safety, and environment incidents, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
What We Need:
Educational Background : Technical University Degree.
Certifications : Labor protection inspector, risk assessor, fire inspector, and internal/external auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Experience : 3 years in HSE, preferably in automotive, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.
Skills : Excellent communication skills in English, both technical and non-technical. Strong computer and organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Public speaking and coaching skills.
Mindset : High energy and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
