How you will make an impact
Working in Accenture Industry X exposes you to cutting-edge technologies and provides you with various skills and expertise in digital transformation. You will have to:
- Provide comprehensive functional support for SAP modules, including but not limited to SD, MM, WM/EWM, and TM.
- Work on resolving tickets within the established ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges in the SAP functional area.
- Learn and understand the business processes of our automotive client from Germany.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and end-users to gain insights into their specific needs and requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP modules (SD, MM, WM/EWM, TM) and possess hands-on experience with system monitoring.
- Utilize your SAP knowledge to identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and address business needs.
- Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients in German and English.
- Create thorough documentation of solutions, processes, and configurations.
- Ensure clear and concise communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactively manage tasks and responsibilities, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

What you need to succeed
- Proven experience in SAP functional support with a focus on SD, MM, WM/EWM, and TM modules.
- Familiarity with job scheduling and system monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
