Salesforce CRM Business Process Expert and Architect (Sales Cloud)

Your challenge
- Business-IT Liaison: Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Business Process Management: Analyze and optimize sales processes, oversee the established platform architecture and performance.
- Solution Design: Develop and approve designs, prepare user journeys, review user stories.
- Sprint Planning and Maintenance: Lead sprint planning, reviews, demos, user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system maintenance.
- Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data integrity and develop sales performance reports.
- Compliance and Governance: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring effective utilization and user-friendliness.
- SAP S/4HANA Experience: Utilize expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly the Lead2Cash/SD module.
Your Profile
- 5+ years in Salesforce administration and development with a focus on Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Developer.
- Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
- SAP S/4HANA Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Lead2Cash/SD module, with proven experience as a Key User and business process expert in configuring and optimizing these modules.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Database Design, and Salesforce integrations
- Salesforce Architect Skills: Sharing and Visibility Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Data Architect.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
- Experience in Salesforce Project Management with strong analytical and communicational skills.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams.
