DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

IT Salesforce support Specialist will identify solutions on Salesforce application in base of the users errors, will continuously improve his knowledge on Salesforce by working with the development team.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

Analyze user requests on Salesforce application
Propose new solutions in order to solve the issues arrived;
Understand object functionality on Salesforce;
Create query on Salesforce(similar with sql language);
Make massive updates on Salesforce tables
Create/modify new users ;
Tests new/existing functionalities;
Assures a good communication with the end user ;
Creates documentations regarding the new/ existing processes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Dynamic person
A person who has the ability to notice the defects
Analytical skills and attention to details
Teamwork skills
Problem solving oriented.
Knowledge of specialized terminology
Good communication skills

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree (or the equivalents) in Automation and Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
Knowledge about the Salesforce application
Any experience in the field will be an advantage
English at a good level
