Retailer Coordinator
Channel Sight is an Irish ecommerce Saa S vendor offering a range of “Where to Buy” and Digital Shelf solutions to global manufactures like Philips, BSH and Sony. As we continue to scale our business, and watch more and more companies leverage our products to optimize their online operations, we’re proud of our success in helping to shape the way in which products will be bought and sold online in the future.
As our team grows, we are adding a new Retailer Coordinator to work with our Retailer Partners. This relationship based role will allow you to work with global brands retailers while we help our clients get the most value out of the Channel Sight service. This is a remote role but the candidate should be based in Romania.

Note:
This Role is a full-time opportunity. It is a remote role for a candidate based in Romania. We also have a Brasov office if you would love to work in an office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

Bringing new Retailers into the Channel Sight network. Working with them to find the best performance analysis method for both sides. - Demonstrate the value of the Channel Sight solution to the Retailers, showing them how performance on their websites can improve.
- Manage meetings to discuss the progress of this project. From both the retailer and brand perspective.
- Co-ordinate between different stakeholders throughout the process, manage external and internal communications to ensure progress.
- Make data-driven suggestions to our Brand clients, show them how the network we’ve built can be of benefit to them.
Qualifications/Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering preferred. - Good written and spoken English. A calm and composed communication style is vital for this role.
- An ability to prioritize is a key component for the position.
- Analytical mind - able to easily grasp how micro-processes impact macro-insights.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually.
Desirable Skills/Experience:

Experience using Analytical tools including, Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics would be useful but not essential. - Some knowledge of SAAS tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello or similar.
- Having client facing experience would be beneficial to the role.
