Translation Project Coordinator About The Role We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented individual to join our growing team here in Iasi on a hybrid basis, 10am-7pm, Monday - Friday. The aim of the Project Coordinator is to organize and manage the translation of documents between various languages. The Coordinator must ensure that the documents are translated within the deadline specified and manage multiple bookings at one time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Providing quotations to clients for their order
Use multiple systems and spreadsheets to coordinate bookings between the client and linguist
Identify and schedule the appropriate linguist to complete the booking
Ensure the translation document is formatted as per the client's requirements.
Coordinating multiple projects at one time
Keep ongoing communication with clients and linguists via email/phone
About You
Excellent English language skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail & multitasking are essential
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Self driven and ability to take decisions
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to various deadlines
Willing to learn and take initiative
Pro-active and self-motivated
