About The Role After opening the office in December 2023 and quickly growing a high performing team, we are now creating a brand-new department in our Iasi office. This department will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of interpreting and translation bookings for a clients based in Ireland. We are looking for a motivated and process orientated individual to join our team and lead on the department creation, which will include:
Set up of standard operating procedures
Recruitment of new staff to deliver the interpreting & translation services
Management of the team moving forward, ensuring they deliver against KPIs
The successful candidate will have full support and work closely with the Head of Expansion and Head of Operations in order to make this project a success.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and execute the creation of a new department at the Iasi office
Accountable for the performance of the team against established KPI's
Engage and coach team members, ensuring optimal performance and job satisfaction which includes delivering training, coaching or one to one sessions
Organise and delegate workloads, while monitoring task execution for accuracy and efficiency
Create and update reports to update the company on team and department progress and performance
Establish and manage effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Facilitate clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organisation
Act as a point of contact for the team, addressing queries and providing necessary authorisations Plan resources for the team/department to meet KPI metrics
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes within the team
Accommodate ad-hoc requests from management as required
About You
Good Command of English language (additional languages are a benefit)
Experience in managing high performing teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in creating and implementing new process within an operational team
Attention to detail
Pro-active and self-motivated
Proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook
Experience within a customer service / office-based role
Highly motivated with a positive nature
Organises own time effectively
Good networking and strong interpersonal skills
