With a solid reputation in Western Europe, they are now expanding their operations to serve clients in the Romanian market. About the role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the company’s training and advisory services in the West of Romania. You’ll focus on developing new business relationships, managing client engagements, and supporting the establishment of the company’s operations in the region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the growth of a new market. Responsabilities:
Promote the company’s training and advisory services across industries, especially in the production and manufacturing sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the client base.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.
Support the team in implementing sales strategies and reaching business targets.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the training or consulting industries.
Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
Basic understanding of the manufacturing or production sector is an advantage.
Motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the region.
