RIA Solutions Group is looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team in developing powerful software solutions for a fleet management and field service software company in the United States.

Their mission is to empower fleet and field service teams with visibility and tools for operational efficiency and customer success.

Responsibilities:
Works with the Product Manager and internal and external stakeholders to gather, understand, and define business requirements
Creates business process design flows to an activity level
Creates features and user stories to support the design, configuration, and development for back-office solutions
Possesses strong depth of domain knowledge
Works collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
Presents business and system flows to stakeholders
Works with Product Manager and stakeholders to determine features
Validates future solutions proposed by architects and development leads
Possesses a clear understanding of the Product vision, roadmap and impacts to the enterprise
Collaborates closely with the Product Manager to breakdown business requirements into clearly defined features and user stories and leads backlog refinement
Understands the up/down stream process and product dependencies, risks, and critical paths of data
Engages as a testing support role across all testing concentrations by reviewing and providing feedback on the test plans, test cases, and analyzing and interpreting test results

Requirements:
4+ years of Saa S product owner experience
Ability to influence business process owners
Requirements Analysis

Gap Analysis
Presentation skills
Telematics and/or Field Service Management experience
Office 365
Atlassian Products (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
