RIA Solutions Group is looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team in developing powerful software solutions for a fleet management and field service software company in the United States.

Their mission is to empower fleet and field service teams with visibility and tools for operational efficiency and customer success.

Responsibilities:
Design and enhance core B2B Saa S applications

Transform highly interwoven feature requests into simplistic solutions
Drive the process from initial research to polished UI Produce design artifacts within Figma (mockups, prototypes, spec docs)
Help develop a Design Library to span across our products and to unify the interaction
Design mobile products and features for i OS and Android
Interview customers and stakeholders to keep our line of sight set on true north
Resolve smaller, day-to-day design issues to keep the Engineering team moving forward
Ideate on larger, future state designs for the company roadmap
Advance the vision for a unified GPS Insight platform
Champion the voice of the customer to craft simplistic and delightful product experiences

Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in user-centered design fundamentals for a Saa S B2B company
UX, Mobile, Interaction, Interface, and Visual Design experience
Design and prototyping software experience (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with experience using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
Full-stack design: a foundation in every stage of the product design process, from research and interviews to wireframes, prototypes, and front-end development
A design portfolio that showcases the strength of your design acumen, your command of product decisions, and their customer impact
Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication, and storytelling skills
Committed to ongoing professional development
Collaborative team player
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
