Operations & Implementation Coordinator

Position Description
The Operations & Implementation Coordinator position is a full time, non-exempt and remote position. An Operations & Implementation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of receiving, reviewing, and processing sales orders, and coordination and tracking of all stages of product implementation from point of sale through training to ensure customer deadlines as well as company installation, training, and financial goals are met. This position involves heavy daily customer contact.
Requirements: Primary Responsibilities
  • Review Docusign details for complete quote package and readiness.
  • Confirm discounts and proper approvals.
  • Verify and request new customer accounts in Evolve (Winshuttle).
  • Generate and validate accuracy of SAP sales orders.
  • Set appropriate shipping and billing blocks depending on order type and funding.
  • Attach documents to order in CRM.
  • Efficient management of assigned orders, queue, and financial reporting.
  • Central point of contact from point of sale throughout product implementation.
  • Coordination of delivery, installation, and training of purchased products working closely with customer, internal departments, and 3rd
  • Manage general order inquiries.
  • Issue management involving order entry, delivery, installation, training, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales to move customers forward in a timely fashion to meet customer. expectations and corporate financial goals.

  • Problem solver with solid listening skills, strong client interface, a sense of urgency and persuasive capabilities for issue resolution.
  • Ability to interface and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, easily adapting to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fluid and evolving environment.
  • Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, and creative.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Flexibility to work standard business hours outside of respective time zone.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Dental industry knowledge preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Order processing experience preferred.
