Compliance Analyst
The Compliance Operations Specialist will play a crucial role within Flutter Studios as we seek to re-invent the way we develop in-house content from our studios and distribute that content to our customers. Our customers, the Brand partners are located across multiple markets and jurisdictions, and include Fan Duel, Paddy Power, Sky Vegas, Sisal, Betfair, Adjarabet and Poker Stars Casino.
Flutter Studios is a new function within Flutter and has the aspiration to significantly scale Casino revenue through a to-be developed platform over the next five years. We have the opportunity to define our ways of working, move fast, design and build great product and collaborate with our stakeholders throughout.
As a Compliance Operations Specialist, you’ll have responsibility for managing development and relationships for overall in house Studios casino games portfolio.
Are you our next Star Player?
You will ideally have experience with the Casino regulatory environment, and you will develop relationships both with internal and external stakeholders, including certification labs and regulators themselves.
You will support certification of games and help influence brands by defining and implementing best practice regulatory roles and responsibilities between the components of a standard online Casino setup.
You will be able to clearly articulate rationale for decisions and how they will achieve compliance as well as improving customer experience. You will revel in the significant level of responsibility and accountability in the role. You will share knowledge with wider Compliance teams in the Flutter business, collaborating closely with brands and the studios themselves.

The Compliance Operations Specialist will provide crucial support in the product development process. The responsibilities will include:

Support Product and Technology teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and delivered against through a deep knowledge of regulation and ability to translate that regulation into requirements.

Develop strong relationships with both certification labs as well as regulators to ensure rapid speed to market and influence how we build great customer experiences that are in-line with their expectations.

Build efficiencies into Compliance processes and workflow, provide support for regulatory issues and incident management and build and maintain a library of critical documents.

Improve general awareness and understanding of regulatory and technical compliance within the business.

Process SOWs and test lab invoices.
What skills and experience do I need?

Ability to understand technical regulatory requirements deeply and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience.

Ability to inspire confidence in colleagues through your strong communication skills, including both oral and written communication in English.

Stakeholder Management: ability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders at all levels, to include Senior Leadership.

Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

A good sense of humour.

Compliance experience in Online Casino and direct experience of working with regulators and operators is desirable, but not required – full training will be provided.
