• Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
• Handle all correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, partners, clients, and other external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the CEO's priorities.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

• Organize and coordinate meetings, including executive team meetings, board meetings, and other company events.
• Take detailed meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items from key discussions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events, conferences, and off-site meetings.

Project and Task Management:

• Assist the CEO with project coordination, tracking progress on key initiatives, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Help manage strategic projects by gathering information, conducting research, and preparing reports.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of CEO-led projects.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

• Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality regarding corporate matters, business strategies, and executive decisions.
• Assist the CEO in preparing confidential documents and reports for internal and external purposes.

Business Support:

• Conduct research, compile data, and create reports as requested by the CEO to support decision-making and business development activities.
• Actively contribute to company-wide initiatives and participate in strategic discussions where appropriate.
