Could you be the full-time Project Assisstant for Caransebes-Lugoj Project, we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Cristian and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates. You'll perform activities assisting the Project Manager providing a confidential, effective and professional service to him/her and his/her team. You will assist the Manager to guarantee time efficiency, communication and organization mainly for the recording works performing in site, provide support on any specific subjects linked to the activities of the department.
As Quantity Surveyor, we’ll look to you to:
Liaising with project team on a regular basis to obtain various information for the PM
Compiling reports for Project reviews
Arranging meetings – including room bookings, equipment, refreshments, etc
Customer liaison – build up relationships with the customers at all levels and become a reliable point of contact for them
Manage the office – reception of visitors, room allocation, post, invoices, lunches etc
Email management: where appropriate responding on Project Manager’s behalf / fielding telephone calls
Prepare agendas for the meetings, write minutes
Provide support in making Power Point presentations
Manage DA and follow payment of invoices
Provide the necessary support to new comers in the team
