Delivery Integration Lead

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan that aligns with the overall program objectives.
- Coordinate the integration of deliverables from different project teams to ensure cohesive outcomes.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand integration requirements and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on integration progress.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrated solution meets the required standards.
- Identify integration risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate the integration of project components.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, methodologies and outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future integration projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the integration team.
- English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Experience with integration platforms and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing complex integration projects.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand complex systems and integration challenges.
- Ability to identify and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
