Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee project tracking for ICP conversions of utility vehicles, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and results.
Manage the creation and distribution of after-sales documentation including spare parts catalogs, repair methods, labor times, specialized tools, and diagnostic resources.
Engage with and coordinate with other teams to ensure all after-sales deliverables are validated and implemented.
Ensure the availability of all after-sales deliverables (repair methods, spare parts, labor times, etc.) within the network in the relevant countries of commercialization.
Monitor and ensure adherence to QCD commitments for all after-sales deliverables.
Create and lead task forces as required to address specific issues or improvements in the ICP conversion process for light commercial vehicles (LCVs).
Create and manage Integrated Converted Messages (ICM) to alert the client network about repair recommendations and available documentation for converted vehicles.
Provide ongoing support to ensure that after-sales documentation is correctly updated in relevant systems (New Dialogys for Converted Vehicles).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Previous experience in project management, preferably within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of vehicle repair methods, spare parts, diagnostic tools and relevant systems.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and French.
