Delivery Manager
Job summary:
We are looking to add a Delivery Manager, with a real passion for Technology and Project Management, to our awesome Delivery Management team in Bucharest in the ever-expanding world of i Gaming and Sports betting. You will help launching Clients Worldwide and lay the first brick in their successful future. Through your role, you will have interactions with most of the people inside Every Matrix and know all the ins and outs of this industry.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for our Clients during the integration phase;
- Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate issues;
- Provide regular update reports to management as required;
- Assimilate technical documentations and information to be able to provide technical guidance;
- Be able to act as fail-over for other Delivery Managers;
- Ensure that integration requirements are well defined;
- Ensure that the integration has all necessary approvals before Production (QA, Finance, Compliance and Client sign-offs);
- Create and improve Integration related processes.
- 2+ years of experience as Project / Delivery Manager in an IT company;
- Good understanding of Technical systems and lingo
- Excellent Project Management skills;
- Good knowledge of Agile methods;
- Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly;
- Experience working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across financial and operational functions of the business;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to get things done under pressure;
- Experience in Requirements Management desired;
- Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
- Enjoy 22 annual leave days, with the number increasing to 32 after 5 years with the company;
- 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor's note);
- 40% work from home, over any 3-month period, after the first 3 months;
- During the first 3 months - 100% work from the office – central location, near University Square;
- If returning to work soon after having a child, 1 year 100% WFH for mothers;
- WFH after the child is born – for fathers: 13 weeks of 100% WFH (from the day of the child's birth).
