We’re proposing a Financial Analyst position in our Reconciliation Team, part of the broader Finance Team. The job focuses on providing accurate estimation of costs for our greatest product, stop financial leaks, recovering funds and learning new technologies.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team in Bucharest!
About the job:
We’re proposing a Financial Analyst position in our Reconciliation Team, part of the broader Finance Team. The job focuses on providing accurate estimation of costs for our greatest product, stop financial leaks, recovering funds and learning new technologies.
What you'll get to do:
- You will be an important part of running a custom build forecasting model and actively participate in testing and improving it on a monthly basis;
- In the same time, you will evaluate and analyze cost components information and comparing it with data gathered from various sources (such as suppliers back office data), reconcile, and resolve any un-reconciled items;
- Participate in translating the costs into our B2B invoicing model;
- Ensure correct/reliable system data;
- Communicates permanently with the project stakeholders: other Finance Team members, Developers;
- Answer queries and provide custom reports regarding data found in the systems;
- Opportunity for being involved in other trypes of reconciliation between Everymatrix systems and learn more about our Casino business side.
- You will have the possibility to actively participate in implementing the reconciliation software within our Casino Projects.
- Be an active part of the finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics;
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role (or a relevant position in a related field);
- Experience in data reconciliation between multiple sources;
- Experience in working with various reporting systems;
- Experience in working closely with developers and requesting fixes and features;
- Ability to work independently and build periodic reports and updates based on self activity;
- Understanding Fintech concepts would be a plus;
- Strong MS Excel skills;
- Above average conversational and written English;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent time management and organizational ability;
- Problem solving skills;
- Analytic mind and critical thinking skills;
- Detail oriented and inquisitive;
- Responsible.
Here's what we offer:
- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
