About the role
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. Your responsibilities will also include reporting to management and assuring compliance with internal and group procedures.
About you
- Experience in a similar position, min.3 years
- Relevant degree with professional accountancy qualification and/or within finance or economics;
- Good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards;
- Knowledge and experience with IFRS are well appreciated but not eliminatory;
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel (working with large amount of data), Power Point etc.
- Experience in working in an ERP system is an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language;
- High level of accuracy and efficiency;
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Analytical thinking, discipline, results-driven;
About your responsibilities
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing budget variances
- Preparing monthly end report for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance and internal control
- Forecasting future financial performance
- Preparing and analyzing budgets respecting Group level policies and timeline
- Providing accurate financial reports to management
- Ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and government regulations
- Monitoring and updating operational cashflow
- Reporting and monitoring the Greenhouse Gas emission in accordance with Group requirements
