With program Gravity, Deutsche Bank is intending to migrate our German Retail brands Deutsche Bank & Norisbank from the existing and outdated on-premise IT- landscape to the full and modern google cloud based Online Banking Platform w ith Postbank already productive with millions of clients .
The purpose of the Delivery Management / PMO role ( Member of Delivery Management Gravity) is to facilitate the program steering across all workstreams , involved domains and divisions as well as ongoing management of the Gravity IT program , ensuring an appropriate governance and support set-up is in place to enable senior management decision as well as delivery in time, in quality and budget .
The role will work closely aligned with the Head of Gravity Delivery Management (Team Lead) which the role is also reporting into. The role is requiring a high alignment with various other teams, such as the Gravity Business Management (owning the financial & people perspective for Gravity) as well as the overarching Private Bank Digitalization K ey Delivery which is the business aligned steering .
Role Responsibilities
Gravity Delivery Strategy

Participate & Prepare program owned steering meetings (e.g. Gravity Leadership Meeting) in order to bring our various delivery stakeholders together and ensure consisten t exchange & delivery

Supporting various programme & project members with the creation and detailing of presentations (Power Point) to explain complex problems leveraging the Subject Matter Experts know how and bring it into an decidable and easy understandable format

Orchestrate & Track the implementation of the Gravity it- program target-operating model, to ensure a competitive & compli a nt position of the Gravity program in our complex stakeholder environment ( multiple funding sources, business steering via Key Deliverables in D eutsche B ank , carry on its operations and achieve the desired business outcomes ) . This is achieved by adherence to the following principles:

Provide a centre of expertise and develop consistent standards and procedures, including templates, and guidance in their tailoring across a range of workstream complexity , to include, but not limited to:

Risk and Issue Management

Control guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and provide hands-on delivery support to Gravity in close collaboration with the Head of Delivery Management to effectively review & update guidelines and procedures
Portfolio execution monitoring

Continuously and responsibly monitor the programme and all projects within against all relevant metrics - management dashboard (financial, resourcing, milestones, RAID, a.o. ).

M aintain and enhance a Gravity resource schedule, mapping available resources against programmes and projects

Based on Deutsche Bank standard procedures ( db Clarity ):

Develop and maintain the portfolio risk register

Develop and maintain a portfolio dependencies register

Maintain and enhance and maintain KPIs for the portfolio close collaboration with the Head of Delivery Management

Provide decision and governance support on demand

Facilitate governance/portfolio meetings
People management and relationships

Determine and track progress against individual workstream objectives with workstream SPOC
-
Encourage an open dialogue with all team members to ensure feedback is captured and actioned 2-ways
Organisation and culture
-
Support an active engagement into the line organisation of the workstreams participating in Gravity to ensure compatibility of approaches

5+ years of experience from a IT- PMO, planning or corporate governance role with interaction with senior leaders.

S trong written and oral communication skills also preferrable with an consulting background . This includes the capacity to summarise at exec utive level statements in the right manner and creation of the underlying Power Point Presentation .

Experience in business planning and corporate governance control with focus on IT-Delivery

Highly organised, structured and with very strong attention to detail

Experience from working in a globally distributed matrix organisation

Relevant experience in Transformation / Migration projects would be a plus

Understanding of the Financial Services industry

English language is a must . German language is a plus
