This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to dentists and other stakeholders inquiring about our dental implant products and services. *Responsibilities:*
Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding dental implants, procedures, pricing, and appointments.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and warranty policies.
Address customers concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of doctors interactions and transactions in the SAP and CRM systems.
Placing orders and processing various transactions to support customer needs.
Attend and contribute to team and company meetings to stay up to date on relevant information.
Complete all required company training for this position and apply self-learning necessary for this role.

*Requirements*
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathetic and patient-centric approach to customer service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using SAP/CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
