The Content Management Analyst is primarily responsible for the monitoring and capture of all content that is issued by regulators in their respective region (North America, UK/EMEA, or APAC) through the regulatory change production process. You will use a variety of tools including web scraping scripts, change detection tools, and manual monitoring to identify and capture all relevant regulatory changes that are produced within their region and advance said content through the appropriate workflows within a proprietary content management system.
The Content Management Analyst will have the ability to develop understanding of the administrative procedure for regulators that issue compliance and regulatory change content for their specific region (North America, EMEA, or APAC) in the Financial Services industry. This resource will assist with the front-end process of content development, content identification, prioritization, acquisition, and establishment of global content standard operating procedures and workflows for the production of international regulatory compliance content.
Lastly, you will ensure real time capture of content from the assigned regulators, ensuring that there are no missed actions and subsequently responsible to load accurate data into client specific systems and/or ftp/server locations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and capture all content issued by regulators in the assigned region (North America, UK/EMEA, or APAC) using tools such as web scraping scripts, change detection tools, and manual monitoring.

Develop an understanding of administrative procedures for regulators in the Financial Services industry and contribute to the front-end process of content development, identification, prioritization, acquisition, and establishment of global content standard operating procedures.

Ensure real-time capture of content, preventing missed actions, and load accurate data into client-specific systems on a daily basis.

Ensure all content produced is timely, accurate, and meets clients' Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

Ensure updates for enacted US content are processed within 24 hours of publication, while updates for all other content must be processed within 48 hours of publication (TAT<48h).

Maintain an accuracy rate exceeding 98% for the entire year.

Bi-weekly audit completion and immediate processing of identified missed actions.

No client queries for processed records.

Expand and build the regulatory library, contributing to the development of global content updates.

Utilize technical expertise in change detection tools, web scraping scripts, and content management systems to manage workflows and metrics efficiently.

Handle escalations regarding content issues and accuracy internally.

Develop analytical skills by assisting with research tasks related to regulatory content queries, scoping, non-functioning links, missing content, and creating/revising existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Assist in the delivery of global content updates to meet Reg Change Performance goals and SLAs.

Conduct training for new team members or those assigned to monitored regulators.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law/economics/letters.

Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Familiarity with content management systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility, responsiveness to change, and a proactive attitude.

Understanding of compliance tool markets and customer needs.

Fluency in Korean/Chinese is an advantage.
