Automation Maintenance Team Lead
The Role…
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a revolutionary approach to automate repeatable rules-based process steps. We are looking for an RPA Team Lead to support the growth of our global support function, which provides round the clock support to our UKI, Aus & US divisions.
In this leading position, you will be responsible for ensuring the team meets it’s SLAs when picking up support tickets and that new solutions developed by the team are designed effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing…
- Responsible for prioritizing, scheduling and completing development and testing required for changes to already deployed processes
- Leads or participates in various workshops to define and design automation solutions
- Leads or participates in the development process, including constructing efficient, reusable and reliable code with robotic process automation software and tools
- Leads or offers support for testing activities
- Further develops our CI/CD pipeline to ensure code-reviewed work is smoothly deployed
- Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects
- Creates & shares documentation including solution designs for new dev work
- Coordinates sign-off approvals by business to certify successful delivery of development work
- Creates and implements a successful approach to optimizing VM & license utilization
- Organizes code review sessions for new deployments and makes sure constructive feedback is provided to ensure quality of code and best practices are followed
- Provides technical direction for the development and delivery of change work
- Keeps Maintenance & Optimisation manager well informed of the status of all ongoing development and serves as liaison between development staff and Maintenance & Optimisation manager
- Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers through formal and informal channels
What We’re Looking for…
- Ability to analyze, understand business problems
- Experience with automation technologies (Ui Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Highly adaptive to changes and stressful situations.
- Detail-oriented and thorough and excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel) including macros creation
- University degree
What would set you apart but isn’t essential…
- Strong programming and OOP basics
- Knowledge of .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development
- Experience with programming (preferable in .NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL) is a plus
- Familiarity with MS Power Platform (particularly Power Automate)
- Knowledge of version control tools (E.g, Git)
