Key responsibilities
- Support and relief for projects
- Completion of general correspondence according to specifications or existing issues in English (letter, email, telephone)
- General administrative tasks such as monitoring deadlines, deadlines, invoice processing, processing orders, creating IT service requests, data processing and filing
- Preparation of reports, minutes and necessary documentation such as audit documents
- Appointment coordination as well as pre- and post-processing of external/internal appointments and meetings.
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Travel planning and bookings for the GCR area
You bring these skills, experience & education
- You have successfully completed commercial training, technical qualifications are an advantage;Using common MS Office programs is your daily routine;
- You work precisely, structured and independently;
- You have a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and a friendly and confident demeanor;
- A high level of team spirit and willingness to communicate complete your profile;
- Good written and spoken English skills are required.
