Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
manages the time attendance for indirect employees from the Oradea site through the application time attendance (True HR);
prepares documents related to employees (e.g. contracts, certificates, documents additional, etc.);
manages the Filehold application where it will be ensured that all contracts, documents additional, other documents are uploaded up to date;
continuously checks that the managed data is accurate and up-to-date;
actively participates in the process of improving one's own activity;
is responsible for compliance with the legislation in force;
provides support for the development of administration policies and procedures personal;
communicates both verbally and in writing with employees to resolve their questions their doubts;
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- analytical thinking; - organized, motivated and disciplined person; - solid knowledge of MS Office; - advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken); - excellent communication skills; - team spirit
Physical Demands
Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Typical Experience
Zero to two years of relevant experience.
Typical Education
Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
