Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Senior Associate(entry-level) in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your thoroughness expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Mihaela Rosu (Procure to Pay Operations Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside friendly, supportive, fun teammates.
You'll maintain contact with the suppliers, review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals, match invoices to purchase orders, provide status of invoices to the local organization and learn how to prioritize different tasks during the day.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (for example buyers, approvers, business partners), you’ll learn how to register invoices in a global known tool and much more.
You’ll specifically take care ofperforming end-to-end accounting activities related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
We’ll look to you for:
Validating and optimizing supplier templates in the Optical Character Recognition module;
Checking accuracy of received documents and ensures proper rejection and communication towards the involved parties (e.g. suppliers and business);
Ensures all mismatches are identified and properly communicated to the responsible business counterpart through the available approval tools;
Resolving supplier and business queries;
Ensuring compliance with the Accounts Payable policies and internal desktop procedures.

Experience or understanding of accounting processes;
